It\u2019s procrastination, doubt, distraction, perfectionism, fear \u2014 all wrapped into one shapeshifting enemy.<\/p>\\r\\n\\r\\n  <p>Reading it reframed how I understand <strong>sales underperformance<\/strong>, <strong>entrepreneurial stuckness<\/strong>, and even my own avoidance tendencies. Daily metrics, habit stacks, even \u201cdo it ugly\u201d reps.<br>\\r\\n  \u2013 I coach founders to <em>treat themselves like a client<\/em> \u2014 scheduled creation time, review cycles, sprints.<\/p>\\r\\n\\r\\n  <p><strong>Strategic Practice:<\/strong><br>\\r\\n  We use a \\&#8221;Pro vs Amateur\\&#8221; scorecard in workshops. Teams track behaviors, not outcomes \u2014 showing up trumps showing off.<\/p>\\r\\n\\r\\n  <h2 style=\\\"font-size: 24px; font-weight: bold; margin-top: 32px;\\\">\ud83d\udee1\ufe0f 3.
